Not only was December a big month for Lucy with her first Christmas, she learned to crawl! She is so proud of herself and very happy now that she can get around. She'll crawl for a minute, then she will stop, make sure we are looking and clap for herself. It is very cute. However, I am not quite so pleased. She can now plummet head first down the stairs and that is the first place she heads. So much for getting showers until naptime.
Lucy started crawling on Decemeber 22nd, her 9 month birthday. The other good news is that now that she is moving she has lost a few ounces. Scot is encouraged that his daughter won't be quite so chunky for the rest of her life.
