New Year's Resolution: Catch up on my blog and stay caught up. (We will see how this goes.)
Ok, so after our Disneyland fun we headed down to San Diego to visit Scot's parents. It has been so fun to go and see them on their mission. I am so glad they have been so close that we could go see them so often. And we all love the Mormon Battalion now. It has become a part of our family.
This is Spencer's favorite part. He loves to pump the water!!We did a tour of course, and it was the first time my mom had seen it which was kind of fun. Also I realized how much my kids really understand about what was going on. Spencer remembered when certain things were going to happen and was so excited about other parts. Lucy wanted to dress up like the soldier this time, guess she was tired of being the wash girl. She is cute either way.
My kids loved these octopus legs that were all over the park holding different candy. There were around 12 of them and they wanted a picture with all of them. They are a little crazy!
Emma loved being there with her 2 grandmas. She is so funny because she wanted to sit between them at every show and be with them both all the time. Silly girl.Ben wasn't feeling great so he spent the day sipping Sprite and not riding any rides. He was kind of sad, but was feeling much better by the end of the day.
We love being in San Diego and just hanging out at Scot's parents apartment. The kids look forward to when they come home from the Battalion and Papa Woody can tell a Henry the Horse story and we can all play games together. It was great to be together!
